Payment & Terms of Service

Terms of Service in English:
The below general terms of sale and delivery apply to all agreements concluded between any legal entity of UPFRONT COMPANY (the "Seller") and the Buyer on the delivery of goods and services (the "Products") by the Seller. Deviations there from only apply if agreed upon in writing. 

Time of Delivery & Transportation
Deliverance of goods from UPFRONT COMPANY is regarded as complete, when the consumer has received the goods. All orders are shipped via GLS or TNT. The risk of the goods purchased at UPFRONT COMPANY passes to you as a consumer on the time of delivery.


The delivery time is 1-3 business days for domestic delivery & 5-10 business days for international delivery. 
UPFRONT COMPANY ships, if possible, your order on the same day, when you order before 12.00 CET.


Price & Payment
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order free of charge. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. UPFRONT COMPANY does not gain access to your card information. We will not withdraw the amount before we ship your product.

All prices on the website are in EUR and include VAT.


International Shipping
Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by UPFRONT COMPANY. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tarrifs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. UPFRONT COMPANY has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the EU. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. 


Complaints
It rests with the Buyer to examine the Product delivered immediately after delivery. The Buyer is obliged to immediately notify of defects manifested. If the examination made by the Buyer is not carried out in a thorough or proper way, the Seller will not be liable therefore. 

Notification of defects must take place no later than ten days after the Buyer has or ought to have manifested the defect. Notification must be done in writing with a thorough description of the defect. If such deadline is not met, the Buyer's right to give notice of the defect will lapse. 


Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of customers receipt or tracking number on unworn items. The returns need to be in the original packaging.

We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method. For returns, return shipping will not be reimbursed. Please send the product(s) to UPFRONT, WOW ApS, Filmbyen 16, 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark, att: RETURNS

 

Handelsbetingelser:
Nedenstående salgs- og leveringsbetingelser gælder for alle leverancer fra UPFRONT COMPANY. 

Betingelserne gælder i det tilfælde, hvor der ikke er indgået andre skriftlige aftaler mellem dig som køber og UPFRONT COMPANY.


Forsendelse & levering
Levering af varer fra UPFRONT COMPANY anses for sket, når forbrugeren har fået varen udleveret. Forsendelsen af varer sker med GLS eller UPS.  
Leveringstid er ca. 1-3 hverdage for bestillinger til adresser i Danmark. UPFRONT COMPANY vil garantere en leveringstid på 5-10 arbejdsdage ved internationale forsendelser. UPFRONT COMPANY sender som udgangspunkt din vare samme dag, når du bestiller inden kl. 12 middag.


Priser & betaling
På upfrontcompany.com kan der betales med Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB og American Express. UPFRONT Company tillægger ikke gebyr på betalingskort.
Vi trækker først pengene fra din konto, når varen er afsendt fra vores lager.

Alle priser er i EUR og inkl. moms.


Internationale forsendelser
I visse tilfælde pålægges der MOMS eller andre afgifter, toldafgifter eller særlige gebyrer af dit destinationsland. Ekstra gebyrer for skatter eller toldklarering skal afholdes af modtageren; vi har ingen kontrol over disse opkrævninger, og kan ikke forudsige hvad de er. Told- og beskatningsregler varierer i stor udstrækning fra land til land; for yderligere oplysninger, kan du kontakte dit lokale toldkontor. Når toldklareringsprocedurer er nødvendige, kan det medføre forsinkelser, der overskrider vores originale leveringsberegninger.


Reklamation
Eventuelle fejl eller mangler ved levering fra UPFRONT COMPANY, skal påberåbes i rimelig tid efter, at du har opdaget fejlen. Det en din pligt at angive og på forlangende vise, hvordan fejlen eller manglen ytrer sig. Hvis du opdager en fejl, skal du hurtigt rette henvendelse til UPFRONT COMPANY. Du kan som udgangspunkt kun klage over fejl, der viser sig senest et år efter du har fået varen leveret. 


Fortrydelsesret
UPFRONT COMPANY yder 14 dages fortrydelsesret, gældende fra den dag du modtager dine varer. Du har pligt til at returnere varen i samme stand og indpakning, som den er modtaget. Hvis du fortryder dit køb, får du naturligvis det beløb du har indbetalt til os tilbage, men du skal selv afholde de omkostninger, der er forbundet med at returnere varen. Ved retur, send varerne til UPFRONT, WOW ApS, Filmbyen 16, 2650 Hvidovre, att: RETUR
